Returns

If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 14 days of receipt. Send the completed return form together with the invoice with the shipment. You will get the return form by first sending a E-mail to Officialfujiin@gmail.com with your order number. If this form is not filled in completely, we cannot process the return request.

To be eligible for a refund of the purchase amount of the exchange, the returned product must be returned in its original condition and with labels and tags. The product must not contain any traces of use. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if it is suspected that the items have already been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

A return shipment must be provided with a track & trace code. The sender is always responsible for the charges and the shipment
