Returns

REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please email Officialfujiin@gmail.com with your order number. You will receive a return form which must be completed and included with your return shipment. Returns submitted without a completed return form may not be processed.

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must:

• Be in their original condition
• Have all original labels and tags attached
• Be unworn, unwashed and free from any signs of use

FUJIIN reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

All returns must be shipped with a Track & Trace code. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and for ensuring the package arrives safely at our return address.

Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact Officialfujiin@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide photos of the issue. We will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution.

Customers within the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
